A career-related website

Hi everyone!

I hope that you're fine, today I will talk about a career-related website. I choose a website that a few time ago I found out about its existence, by means of a external person of the university, that is a ceramist. This website is called Glazy, and its link is www.glazy.org.

This website is used by a lot of ceramists around the world. Here they can submit enamel and ceramic paste recipes, where they explain the different components of this -oxides generally, as for enamel- and their respective quantities. At the same time, other people can learn about that.

Unfortunately I've not been able to use this website more than a couple of times, but the last time that I entered in it I downloaded a lot of information and investigations about enamel recipes and how they affect the temperature at the moment of fire the ceramic pieces with that enamel. Color variation, for example.

I liked this website because all the time the diferent ceramists are submiting new information of their own investigations, so always there are things to learn. Also the users can comment the posts and make questions, so it is a great community :D

About my favorite gadget

 Hi everyone! In this opportunity I will talk about my favorite piece of technology, because I don't know, I suppose that technology has been making the world go 'round for many years. After thinking about it so much, I think that my favorite gadget is the personal stereo, also called walkman. I can listen to the radio and cassettes with it, using headphones or connecting it to an auxiliary wire to a musical equipment. It makes me very happy, I really like the things/gadgets that are maybe from the past. Also this artifact takes me back to good times that will never come back. Right now I haven't been able to use it because it is broken ): (and fixing it is expensive) If you like "antique articles" I recommend using this one, it would be more difficult to use it in comparation to a smartphone, for example, but it is an unique experience to listen to music :) Thanks for reading! Why I decided study Visual Arts

 Hi everyone I hope that you're fine, today I will talk about the reasons of why I chose to study this career: Visual Arts. Lets go! When I was a child I wanted to be a teacher or a veterinary, since forever I admired the professions that included serving to others. The first time that I applied to university, my first career option was a Biochemistry, after that Chemistry, Geology, Psychology and, in the last place, Visual Arts. This is because I didn't want to do the History test. But, as we know, finally I had to do the test to study the career that I really wanted. But, being in the fifth semester of the career... it has been so stressful and frustrating... I concluded that I wanted to study Visual Arts to learn the different trades, getting the tools to do whatever that I want. Not exactly to be a museum artist.
